Herewith find a letter for the paper. The price is $10—If used it must be printed in the paper of Tuesday June 22 (or afterward)—The letter is sent to two or three other papers in Canada (to you only in Toronto)—to one each in New York, Washington, Cincinnati &c in the U S1 on that imperative condition—this condition a point of honor—If used please send me the pay here, also the paper, as this place will be my head-quarters all summer—
