A very short manuscript, known only from a transcription in
Notes & Fragments
, ed. Richard Maurice Bucke (London, Ontario: A. Talbot & Co., printers, 1899), 122. Because the manuscript has not been located it is difficult to speculate on the circumstances or date of its composition, but based on other manuscript transcriptions that Richard Maurice Bucke printed with this manuscript, Edward Grier infers that the composition date is likely the 1840s or 1850s.
