I have the honor to request that you will issue a warrant on the Treasurer of the United States, in favor of S. M. McKean, Esq. Disbursing Clerk, Treasury Department, for the sum of Twenty two hundred and seven Dollars & seven cents, ($2207:07/100,) & charge the same to the appropriations indicated below.
