October 30, 1867. Wm. G. Dickson, Esq. U. S. Marshal, Savannah, Geo. Sir: You are hereby instructed to transfer to the Collector of Customs at Savannah possession of the iron libelled in the case of the United States vs. The Florida Connection or Live Oak Branch Railroad, pending in the U.
