Sir:

The regular course of a Record carried by the United States to the Supreme Court, on appeal, or writ of error, is through this Office.—

The record in the case of Denison, use of United States, vs. Puig Bro's. has just been received through the solicitor of the Treasury, and has been this day filed in court.
