January 10, 1868. Hon. Charles E. Mix, Acting Commissioner of Indian Affairs. Sir: In compliance with request in your letter of 6th instant, I send herewith a copy of the Attorney General's Report to Congress on Condition, &c. of Indian Trust Funds, Stocks, &c. as required to be made by Act of March 2, 1867.
