June 13, 1868. James P. Flood, Esq. Dover, Tennessee. Sir: In reply to yours of the 9th ultimo, I am directed by the Attorney General adinterim to say that an opinion in reference to the 15⅓ acres of land adjoining Dover, was sent to the War Department on the 23d of January last.
