August 24, 1868. Charles H. Hatch, Esq. Attorney and Counsellor, No. 26 Exchange Place, New York City Sir: In reply to your letter of the 22d instant, I have to inform you that the mandate in the case of the United States against the schooner "Isabel" has been forwarded to Key West.
