Feb. 20, 1869 Hon. Moses Hallett, Chief Justice, Colorado Terr. Sir: In accordance with the request of the Hon. A. A. Bradford, & in view of the circumstances stated in his letter, of this date, the Attorney Gen'l directs me to say that you are granted a leave of absence for sixty days from your post of official duty. You are requested to report your return to the Territory, to this office. Respectfully, M. F. Pleasants Ch. Cl.
