Sir:
I have the honor to request that you will issue a warrant on the Treasurer of the United States, in favor of W. H. & O. H. Morrison, for the sum of nine hundred dollars ($900:00,) and charge the same to the appropriation to provide for the publication of the opinions of the Attorneys General of the United States.
