Feb. 24, 1869. Hon. H. McCulloch, Secretary of the Treasury. Sir: I have the honor to request that you will issue a warrant on the Treasurer of the United States, in favor of W. H. & O. H. Morrison, for the sum of nine hundred dollars ($900:00,) and charge the same to the appropriation to provide for the publication of the opinions of the Attorneys General of the United States. Very respectfully yours, Wm. M. Evarts, Attorney General.
