Sir:

I am directed by the Attorney General to inform you that the mandate of the Supreme Court of the United States, issued in the case of Juan C. Calindo vs. The United States, appealed from the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of California, which was on motion docketed and dismissed, under the 9th rule of the former Court at its late term, has been received at this office, and will be immediately transmitted to the U. S. Attorney for the District of California, to be filed in the Court of that District.
