Feb. 28, 1871. Hon. J. R. Lewis, Asso. Justice Sup. Court of Idaho Territory Boisé City. Sir: The leave of absence from the Territory, for ninety days, beginning the 10th day of May next, is granted as requested in your letter of the 18th instant—provided that no sessions of the Court over which your preside will be held during the time for which leave of absence is requested.
