March 22, 1871. Hon. M. K. Armstrong, House of Representatives, Washington, D. C. Sir: I am directed by the Attorney General to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 20th instant, and to inform you that the U.S. Marshal has been instructed to lease the "Picotta Building" at Yankton for the use of the U.S. Courts. Very respectfully, A. T. Akerman, Attorney General.
