Nov. 23, 1871. Hon. C. Delano, Secretary of the Interior. Sir: I herewith transmit, for your information, the copy of a letter dated Nov. 1st, 1871, from C. W. C. Rowell, Esq. U.S. Attorney for Arizona, in relation to the supposed misconduct of Mr. John Wasson, Surveyor General of that Territory. Very respectfully, &c. A. T. Akerman, Attorney General.
