Sir:

I have the honor to transmit for your information, the copy of an official letter from C. K. Davis, Esq. District Attorney for Minnesota, on the subject of the prosecution in that District against John O'Neill and Thomas Curley, for alleged violation of the Neutrality Laws of the United States.
