I have the honor to return herewith the adjudication of the Commissioner of the General Land Office, and other papers, which accompanied your letter of the 14th of November last, relating to the suspended land entry of Charles J. Noyes in the Olympia Land District, Washington Territory, and to state that I concur in the views of the Commissioner.
