Dec. 21, 1871. Hon. C. Delano, Secretary of the Interior. Sir: I have the honor to return herewith the adjudication of the Commissioner of the General Land Office, and other papers, which accompanied your letter of the 14th of November last, relating to the suspended land entry of Charles J. Noyes in the Olympia Land District, Washington Territory, and to state that I concur in the views of the Commissioner. Very respectfully, A. T. Akerman, Attorney General Similar suspended land entry cases of John Collins, Olympia Dist. Wash. Terr. Wm. S. Chapman, Stocton Dist. California T. Campbell, Vancouver Dist. Wash'n Terr. James R. Kennedy, Olympia Dist. Wash'n terr. & Horace Whitaker, Visalia Dist. California were also concurred in Dec. 21, and Dec. 22, 1871.
