Mr Whitman

Dr sir I take this opportunity to inform you that I have made my trip to Wisconsin and returned here yesterday, and will soon be in Washington and hope my orders will be ready by the time I return as you anticipated when I left. Remember me to Mr Pleasants and Stiths—with kind regards

I remain yours truly
Milton Kelly
