Walt Whitman Esq
Dear Sir

I will Sell My Lot on Royden St—for $450—all clear of incumbrance.

Yours Respectfully
Thos A Wilson
May 26/74

Little is known about Thomas A. Wilson save that Whitman purchased Wilson's lot in Camden, New Jersey. Whitman wrote of the transaction in his July 10, 1874, letter to Peter Doyle.
