I take great pleasure in inviting you to the Annual Banquet of the Society of Old
Brooklynites to be held at the Pierrepont House on the 9th day of April next. As you are a member
of the Society I would suggest that you prepare a toast
and a response and if you cannot attend in person please to send the same to be read
as I know a great many of the members will be glad to hear from you. The occasion of
the dinner is the anniversary of the loc_vm.00737_large.jpg passing of the law incorporated the
city of Brooklyn. An early reply is requested.
