July 14, 1868. To the Clerk of the U. S. Circuit Court for West Virginia. Parkersburg, West Va. Sir: In accordance with the suggestion of B. H. Smith, Esq. I transmit herewith a duly certified copy of public Resolution No. 27, being a "Joint Resolution for the removal of a suit pending in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, to the Circuit Court of the United States."
