October 12, 1869. Hon. G.G Symes, Associate Justice, Supreme Court, Helena, Montana Terr. Sir: The Attorney General directs me to say that you are hereby granted a leave of absence during the month of January, 1870, as requested in your letter of the 1st inst. Very respectfully yours, M.
