June 20, 1870. Edward A. Young, Esq. San Louis Rey, San Diego Co. Cal. Sir: The Attorney General directs me to say in reply to your letter of the 8th inst. that this Office has no information in regard to the land grant referred to, and has therefore transmitted your letter to the Commissioner of the General Land Office. Very respectfully, M. F. Pleasants, Chief Clerk.
