Cincinnati, Ohio.
Sir:
I have your letter of the 26th instant, enclosing your receipt for salary for the
present month, and in compliance with your request have paid $100 to Saks & Co.,
and transmit herewith a draft on New York for the balance of $46.74, the receipt of
which I will thank you to acknowledge.
I return a receipt of the Baltimore & Ohio RR. Company, which was enclosed I
presume inadvertently in your letter to me.
