Feb. 17, 1871. Hon. John Scott, U.S. Senate, Sir: Not knowing the address of the Hon. Joseph W. Fisher, I take the liberty of enclosing to you the commission appointing him to the office of associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Wyoming Territory—and will be obliged if you will cause it to be sent to him.
