☞ The Board of Health met yesterday afternoon. The Health Officer reported a row of tenement houses in 21st street, as in a bad condition, and he was directed to proceed according to law and have the premises cleaned. On motion of Ald. Kalbfleisch1 all lightermen2 were prohibited from entering the city except to discharge their cargoes. The resolutions of the Common Council designating De Burg's3 superphosphate establishment, foot of Division avenue, and the varnish manufactory in the 8th ward as nuisances, were submitted by the Mayor. The subject was referred to a committee for report. The Board adjourned until Wednesday next.
