THE SEWERS.—

We are glad to see by an advertisement elsewhere, that the new Water Board have already taken up the sewer question in earnest. It is useless for people to take the water until the sewers are built, as they have no place to discharge the waste water into; and in winter if the frost burst a pipe and there was no sewer, a house would be flooded.
