WILLIAMSBURGH WORD PORTRAITS.—

A correspondent wants to know who writes these. We presume that if the author had intended his name to be known he would have appended it to his productions.—We do not consider them all to have been as full and fair as they might have been; but so long as they are readable, and not scurrilous, we are content to insert them.
