Sir:
I have the letter of Mr. G. W. Jones to you of date July 31st 1865 before me.
Your circular of 29th May 1865 is so explicit that I cannot see that you can do more than to send to Mr. Jones several copies thereof.
Herewith I send Mr. Jones' letter, & three circulars.
