I have the honor to request that you will issue a warrant on the treasurer of the United States, in favor of S. M. McKean, Esq. Disbursing Clerk, for the sum of Two thousand and fifty eight dollars, ($2058.97.) and ninety-seven cents; and charge the same to the appropriations indicated below.
