Secretary of the Interior.

Sir:

I am directed by the Attorney Gen'l. to transmit herewith the account, approved by him, & amounting to three hundred & seventy five (375) dollars, of Anderson Miller, Esq. for professional services, as Assistant U. S. Attorney to John K. Goodloe, Esq. U. S. Attorney for the Eastern Dist. of Louisiana, from Jan. 1, 1866, to March 31, 1866, inclusive, - & to request its payment out of the appropriate fund.
