Buffalo, New York.
Sir:
I have to-day enclosed to Wm. A. Dart, Esq. Dist. Attorney at Potsdam, N. Y. authority for the re-delivery to the American Express Company of the arms & accoutrements seized in June last, & now stored in Fort Porter, Buffalo.
Mr. Dart has instructions to require a Bond conditioned against an unlawful use of this property before delivery is made.
