Sir:
I am directed by the Attorney General to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 21st inst., with the list of cases in which nolle prosequi has been entered, in accordance with instructions from this office. In regard to the cases not yet dismissed, the Attorney General requests that you will suspend action until further advice from him.
