Sir:
I have the honor to request that you will issue a warrant on the Treasury of the United States in favor of S. M. McKean, Esq. Disbursing Clerk, Treasury Department, for the sum of Twenty four hundred and eighty-eight Dollars, and twenty-four cents, ($2,488:24,) and charge the same to the appropriations indicated below.
