I am directed by the Attorney General to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 11th inst. with accompanying papers, relative to the case of David T. Williams, indicted for embezzling letters, & to say, in reply that he leaves to your own discretion the question of entering a nol. pros. in said case, relying upon your better knowledge of all the facts.
