Sir:

Your letter of the 30th ult. is received, and I am ordered by the Attorney General to direct you to take the same course in regard to the Fenian arms at Rouse's Point, as indicated in my letter of the 30'th ult., viz: to deliver all arms to Rouse's Point to such party as may be duly authorized to receive them—and report your action to this Office.
