I am ordered by the Attorney General to direct you to report to this office, at your earliest convenience, a statement of the cases pending in your District for the confiscation of the property of Clement C. Clay, Sr. and Jr., and to instruct you to suspend all proceedings in these cases until further advised by the Attorney General.
