Sir:
I have the honor to return herewith the Report of Mr. Commissioner Wilson of the General Land Office, of 5th inst. in the case of John McMullen,— and also the paper containing your certificate, and that of Mr. Wilson, for the confirmation of McMullen's entry, under the Act 26th June 1856, to which the Attorney General has added his concurrence. These papers accompanied your letter of the 8th inst. to the Attorney General.
