Sir:
I have the honor to transmit herewith the account, approved by me, and amounting to three hundred and seventy five dollars ($375:) of Manetho Hilton, for services as assistant to Jno. W. Noble, Esq. United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri, from September 1st, 1867, to December 1st, 1867, and to request its payment from the appropriate fund.
