Secretary of the Interior.

Sir:

I have the honor to transmit herewith the account, approved by me, and amounting to Three hundred and seventy‑five dollars, ($375:00,) of G. C. Wharton, for services as Assistant to B. H. Bristow, Esq. United States Attorney for the District of Kentucky, for the quarter ending December 31st, 1867; and to request its payment from the appropriate fund.
