Secretary of the Interior.

Sir:

I have the honor to transmit herewith the accounts, approved by me, and amounting to Seven hundred and fifty dollars, ($750:00,) of L. H. Bond, for services as assistant to Durbin Ward, Esq. United States Attorney for the southern District of Ohio, for the quarter ending September 30th, and December 31st, 1867; and to request their payment out of the appropriate fund.
