I have the honor to transmit herewith the account, approved by me, and amounting to five hundred dollars, ($500:) of Oscar Folsom, for services as assistant to William Dorsheimer, Esq. United States Attorney for the Northern District of New York, for the quarter ending December 31st, 1867; and to request its payment out of the appropriate fund.
