Secretary of the Interior.

Sir:

I have the honor to transmit herewith the account approved by me, and amounting to Five hundred dollars, ($500:) of Spencer Clinton, for services as assistant to Wm. Dorsheimer, Esq. United States Attorney for the Northern District of New York, for the quarter ending December 31st, 1867; and to request its payment from the appropriate fund.
