I have the honor to request that you will issue a warrant on the Treasurer of the United States, in favor of S. M. McKean, Esq., Disbursing Clerk, Treasury Department, for the sum of Two Thousand, two hundred and thirty one Dollars and thirty cents, ($2231:30,) and charge the same to the appropriation indicated below.
