Sir:
Your telegram of the 21st, and also your letter of the 20th have been received. In reply, I enclose you herewith copies of our letters of the 21st, to the Territorial Delegate, and the United States District Attorney, respectively. The Attorney General's duties do not require him to provide remedies for evils such as you report.
