January 27, 1868. A. R. Cunningham, Esq. Cheyenne, Dakota Terr. Sir: Your telegram of the 21st, and also your letter of the 20th have been received. In reply, I enclose you herewith copies of our letters of the 21st, to the Territorial Delegate, and the United States District Attorney, respectively.
