I have the honor to return herewith the paper received with your letter of the 15th instant, relative to the entry of a tract of public land by B. T. Bush and others, and call your attention to the Attorney General's endorsement thereon, of his concurrence, under the Acts of 1864 and 1856, for the confirmation of the entry.
