I have the honor to request that you will issue a warrant to the treasurer of the United States, in favor of Bushrod Birch, Esq. Disbursing Clerk, Treasury Dep't. for the sum of Five thousand and eighty seven dollars and forty cents, ($5,087:40,) and charge the same to the appropriations indicated below.
