Secretary of the Interior.

Sir:

I have the honor to transmit herewith the account, approved by the Attorney General, and amounting to One Hundred Dollars, of Messrs. Sale & Dowd, for legal services in assisting James E. Stewart, Esq. United States Attorney for the Northern District of Mississippi in the prosecution and conviction of certain mail robbers; and to request its payment from the appropriate fund.
