Secretary of the Treasury.

Sir:

I have the honor to request that you will issue a warrant on the Treasurer of the United States, in favor of Bushrod Birch, Esq., Disbursing Clerk, Treasury Department, for the sum of Fifteen hundred and twenty eight Dollars and eighty-five cents, ($1528:85,) and charge the same to the appropriations indicated below.
