I have the honor to request that you will issue a warrant on the Treasurer of the United States in favor of B. Birch, Esq., Disbursing Clerk, Treasury Department, for the sum of Thirty five hundred and seventy-nine 80/100 dollars, ($3579:80,) and charge the same to the appropriations indicated below.
