Secretary of the Treasury,

Sir:

I have the honor to request you to issue a warrant on the Treasurer of the United States in favor of Bushrod Birch, Esq. Disbursing Clerk, Treasury Department, for the sum of Fifteen Hundred and Twenty-Eight Dollars, and Eighty-five cents, ($15,28:85,)— and charge the same to the appropriations indicated below.
